I developed carpal tunnel while I was pregnant with my first child and it hasn't went away yet. and it is even worse with this pregnancy. i just have gotten use to it. I there isn't really any thing that can be done about it. I have has shots in my wraist, but I haven't had the surgery. My friend had it done, the carpal tunnel just came back. And with the pill I would do what you doctor says, if you don't want a baby right after this baby. My friend didn't listen , and when she went for here 8 weeks post partum check up, she was pregnant with twins. (oops she said) congradulations, Hope this helps Lori 25 weeks
