thank you for your response. let's see i can avoid the blunt force trauma by avoiding sparring and i do not intend to do the jumps once i begin to show or become uncomfortable and our instructor encourages us NOT to 'grunt' by exertion against a closed throat...........the heart rate i would need to begin monitoring that to see where i would be. overheating? i am not quite sure how i would monitor or determine that one?
