In my first trimester, I had a bladder infection (in addition to a sub-chorionic hemorhage) and took Macrobid. I'm now 22 weeks. About 4-5 weeks ago, the dr found I had Group B Strep and I took Penicillin for that. Now this week I have another bladder infection for which I am taking Bactrim. My dr doesn't seem concerned. Should I be? I'm scared to death that my baby's going to be infected by GBS. What are the possibilities of that?
