I was also on Indocin during my pregnancy from week 18- 28 and I too was advised to take a break after 72 hrs if I was taking the Indocin more than two doses a day. I did use the Indocin and was adivsed it would be okay to use daily for more than 3 days if I was only taking one dose a day. This info you have shared concerns me as I was not followed daily and looked at with u/s more every 3 weeks when I was on that drug. I had a healthy baby outcome and glad about that but also willbe heads up now with your input. Do you know if the dr you mention feels the same way if the indocin dose is only once a day?

Thank you for your insights
