Repeat C-sections are more difficult almost without exception. You have to cut through scar, and all the normal tissue planes are obscured or disrupted. Everyone scars, but adhesions are scars that web across between things that are not supposed to be attached to one another. So, everybody scars, but not everybody has adhesions.
