ClomidFrom: amanda (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat, 14 Oct 2000 14:54:46 -0500 (CDT)
I have been trying to get pregnant for 9 months now. I have one child who is 1 1/2 and we got pregnant the first time trying. I also had a missed misscariage last Dec - I was supposed to be 12 weeks but measured at 7weeks with no heartbeat. My doctor prescribed 50mg of Clomid for this month. I used it along with the clearplan fertility monitor for ovulation. I do not think this month was successful. My question is what would be my next route? A higher dose of clomid, a fertility specialist, or what is usually recommended. My husband has not been tested - b/c of previous pregnancies, but should this be done too? Thanks for your input. Also, do you know about the percentages of success with Clomid?
