You are too early to be off tocolytics. Indocin can lead to fluid decrease, it may be time to change to another tocolytic. I do not think your cervix will reform if you continue to contract. It is hard to tell at this point if we are dealing with ptl or incompetent cervix. Hang in there and keep fighting.
