Rh isoimmunization is but one of many possible causes of polyhydramnios (too much fluid)

Is it an >early sign? What causes polyhydraminos?

there are many, many causes, including diabetes, infections, inability of hte baby to swallow amniotci fluid, etc, etc

At delivery I had alot of yellow >gold amniotic fluid, was that bilirubin?

maybe

If so how would it get outside >the baby?

With isoimmunization, the baby becomes anemic -- red blood cells are broken down and bilirubin increases and is excreted in the baby's urine and into the amniotic fluid >
