I know this is no comfort, but I started having regular contractions at 27 weeks, like you up to 10 and hour pretty much constantly. Make sure your docs check you on a regular basis to make sure you're not dilating and you should be okay. I had them until my water broke at 37 weeks and my beautiful son was born twelve hours later. BTW--the "braxton-hicks contractions" I had before I went into labor, even on the day my water broke felt very real. It was only my water breaking that made the strength/intensity of my contractions change. Hang in there. I know what a pain, early contractions can be.
