farther along, tiwns, fibroids, full bladder pushing the uterus up....

I doubt it is twins. No family history, no fertility >drugs, etc. My breast have been and continue to be unusually tender

Molar preganncy is possible but since you heaerd the heartbeat it would be a partial mole (fetus and a molar placenta). It's not high on my list of possibilities (I like the idea of thte full bladder if you really are certain of conception)
