-- I'm not a doctor too. I just happen to be 33 weeks pg and on my 30th-week, I got almost the same problem. My bp was 130/90 and my doctor suggested me to sleep more; that is go to sleep earlier and take a nap for about an hour or so if possible every afternoon. My OB said that I should worry if my bp's more that 155/90.
