Elen, At the end of the first trimester, your body has grown more accustomed to the different hormonal changes. It's normal for the "morning sickness" and breast tenderness to subside. If you are concerned about the baby, though, it wouldn't hurt to ask your dr. if you could be seen to listen to the heartbeat. After 2 m/c, I know how nervous I got and it helped reduce my anxiety. Until you start to feel movement, it's hard to know what's going on in there. Good Luck!
