Yesterday, I noticed that off and on every few minutes all day, I was getting a small twinge of pain in the center of my very low abdomen, around the pubic bone area (but deep inside somewhere). The pains would kinda just shoot up for a second and then go away. They subsided after I drank a bunch of water and lay down. Today, I have not really noticed them too much, just very occasionally. Sometimes they are more to the right or left, but sometimes in the center. I have a regular OB appt on Oct 9, so I'm trying to wait until then to get checked out. Am I being foolish? These pains aren't severe, just enough to make me notice.
