Can sperm count change much in 13 years?

My husband had a SA done 13 years ago -- numbers were excellent. We've gone on to have 5 children since then, the youngest being 18 months. We'd like to have one more, and while we were successful the first try with 4 of the 5 pregnancies, this one is taking a wee bit more time. (We're both 38). Is it possible that his sperm count is lower now? Can that happen over this span of time? Thank you.
