The first ovulation after a miscarriage can occur anytime from 2 weeks to 8 weeks later. The provera will cause a withdrawal bleed but will have no effect on resumption of ovulation. Keeping a good menstrual calendar for the next 3-4 months and then going in to see your OB would be agood way to go about things. You might even be pregnant before then. RDB
