I had a miscarriage in August at 8wks and also did it at home without need of a D&C. My Dr followed my HCG levels each week also. 16 days after the micarriage (but only eight days after my last day of spotting) I was sure I was ovulating (and later found out I conceived that day). The day after, I went in for my last HCG test. She said it was "below five." I did not find out the exact number though. I was sure I could not have possibly gotten pregnant the day before since my HCGs were not completely down to zero. I was wrong! Two weeks later I had a positive pregnancy test! (Unfortunately, I miscarried this time also). But good luck! I hope you are pregnant and hope all goes well this time!
