I suggest you search for another OBGYN. You don't have to stay with someone you don't think is giving you proper attention. I'd keep searching until you find the compassion level you're looking for, and that you need.

I personally find it disturbing that an OB wouldn't advise on medications but instead refer you back to your psychiatrist. That doesn't sound right to me.
