Please if anyone can help assure me either positively or negatively but please directly. I am starting my 19th week and am scheduled for an u/s tomorrow morning,(But sure I havent patients) so,last month was the first time we heard the heart beat, and it was hard to find but we found it,now this month (three days ago) I went to doctors and there was no heartbeat could be found. It seemed she checked everywher, and also I miscarried at 16 weeks with my previous pregnancy, same sinario, heard the heart and following month no heart and baby was put together with everything in place but heart stopped. Now my question am I right in assuming that this baby also is dead or is there a chance that it could be hiding (as another doctor explained to me)?? I am alone in Netherlands and no one with me except my new husband so I am looking for help from anyone. If it is true this baby has died What could be the reason? I am rh-A but I have four healthy children and no problems in their pregnancies but the last two (one I had to have surgery to take it out) and now this one(i dont know what will happen til tomorrow).I have had blood work done at 12 weeks and everything came back normal.Just I had a low iron. I have no cramps or pains or blood or any signs of problems JUST doctor could not find heartbeat! All help appreciated.
