I hope someone can help me figure out what is going on with my body! I gave birth July 13 to a beautiful baby girl. When I went for my 6 week postpartum check up my dr did a pregnancy test beforing starting me on birth control pills. The test was positive and she examined me and my uterus was still enlarged. I could have conceived on aug 6 which I told her. She then scheduled an ultrasound. I went for it on 9/15 and it showed no pregnancy. I took another pg test at home and it was negative. I have still had no period though since giving birth. i have not had any bleeding whatsoever and don't think I could have miscarried. I have felt like I have had a bladder infection for the past couple of weeks and have to go to the bathroom alot like when I was pg before. My dr. is out on vacation and i don't go back to her until next fri. i am very concerned and wonder if anyone could give me any ideas. thanks , Jane
