Please, please contact a doctor right away. If your own doctor will not call you back, go to the ER. It sounds like you anxiety is overwhelming you and clouding your judgement.

It is good to accept God's will for your life and your baby's, but part of that is accepting the help and support He provides, including the assistance of others. Sometimes, awful things happen that we can not change or prevent. But God has blessed you with this baby, and it is your responsibility to Him to do all you can to protect and love this baby. That means getting help now. You are not honoring Him by succumbing to your fears.

Please, take the peace you have found in accepting His will and use it to help you reach out to others for help. Please, call a doctor, go to the ER.
