HI when i saw my obgyn at 31 wks - i measured 40 wks ...now at 34 wks she says i measure 37 wks - is this ok??? what does this mean - why would this be??

and what is the difference between a spinal and an epidural??

my doc was so busy - she was double booked as all of mondays app had to be moved to today as well....she pretty much rushed me out the door
