'fact plus select' hpt....when to use?

i found out this brand of hpt tests at 150 to 250 miu of hcg which is
rather a high amount and not as sensitive as the other brands. when can
i use this test even though the instructions say as soon as 1st day of
missed period? would there be this much amount of hcg at that early
stage? thanks!
