Did you have a c-section? Not that it has anything to do with the swelling, but I was wondering why you stayed in the hospital for 4 days.

Swelling can actually increase right after delivery and may persist for several days. If you had ANY blood pressure problems during your pregnancy, delivery or in the postpartum period, you should contact your doctor.
