Hi I had a c-section back in Feb. and I swelled a lot in the hospital just from the IVs i had. Most people I have talked to have swelled for the first week or so after delivery. My ob said this was normal. I think it is because of all the hormones trying to get back to normal. I just put my feet up when I could and with the weeks to follow just be prepared to go to the bathroom a lot and make sure to drink plenty of water. You should be back to normal in no time. I think bad swelling would be in your face and hands??
