Re: 1% or 2% milk?

It shouldn't matter what kind of milk you're drinking...almost all lower fat milks are fortified with the same percentages of nutrients as their higher-fat counterparts - in fact, I just looked in my fridge for you and I have a gallon of skim milk and a gallon of whole milk in the fridge and both have 30% calcium in a serving. Drink what you're most comfortable with/used to and don't worry about the nutritional make up of one or the other...they're pretty much exactly the same these days, with exception to the fat content!

Don't worry about the weak-kneed feeling...it's probably just one of the effects of fatigue your body is feeling in early pregnancy. If it becomes bothersome or you become overly concerned, don't hesitate to make a call to your care provider, but chances are, it's just one of those early pregnancy "things!" :-)

Best of luck!
