Hi there. I am 9 weeks pregnant and I have been craving milk alot lately. My mother-in-law says that I should be drinking 2% at least instead of my 1% because it's higher in calcium. I am taking my prenatal vitamins faithfully as well as my folic acid. Do you think I should change the kind of milk I drink? Also, I have been feeling "week kneed" alot lately. I usually feel week in the knees before my period and now its happening even though I'm pregnant. Is this strange? Should I be worried? I've already lost 2 babies and really hope this one will make it. I only have 3 more weeks and I've made it further than the first 2. Thanks for your advice.
