What if?

At the moment it looks like I will always have preterm deliveries.I've had one at 23+ weeks and twins at 24+ weeks. My DR. said that if I could carry just one baby next time around, he thought I might get past the 28 week mark, as I was 28 week size with my twins. Is this at all possible? I need to get as far as I possibly can for better chances of survival, but I'm not going to risk it there is absolutely no hope.Would the use of any drug that quietens the uterus be beneficial?
