Lauren, Hi, I am not a doctor. I miscarried last week. I was 8 weeks pg and my progestrone was 7. The baby had a heartbeat the week before and looked good(vaginal ultrasound). The doctor put me on progestrone pills. I was already spotting 3 days. A week later I lost the baby. The good thing is your's is at least a 10. Most doctors like to see it 10 or over. You are also only 4 weeks, hopefully this will help you because you found out early. I would not lose hope. Are you bleeding? I was and that was why we knew I had a slim chance of keeping it. I will pray for you and I pray all goes well for you. If it is just your progestrone level then those pills should do the job. I hope this helps. I wish you the very best. Donna
