Do you feel sick? Are you throwing up? Do you have food poisioning symptoms? If not then CALM DOWN..... I have eaten plenty of 'at risk' foods without thinking about it and am in the 32nd week of my second pregnancy. Don't take everything you read in books etc as gospel - if you're still worried then go see your family doctor.

You are more likely to et sick from all the worry you are putting yourself through.
