I too am 'just' a mum and am also pregnant with no. 2 - the first time I was pregnant I stayed away from anything that 'might' contain listeria - everything!! Now I am just careful not to eat dodgy things from takeaways or places I know nothing about the hygene etc - I am sure your fridge is not *that* bad a place for your leftovers to be kept and a one off slip up is not so bad..... if you start to feel sick then call your doctor.... and next time you will know to heat it up. Don't worry yourself too much.. just be careful in future - but I believe there is no need to go overboard. I eat snadwich ham from my firdge which has been kept safely - sushi from the *best* sushi joint in town where I can see it being prepared and know the hygene levels are excellent etc etc. It pays to be careful, but I believe, not obsessive.

THESE ARE MY VIEWS ONLLY _ NOT MEDCALLY PROVEN - JUST SHARING MY THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS.
