Endo will not affect your pregnancy, unless you have horrible scar tissue from it that may get pulled and stretched during the pregnancy. A benefit of pregnancy with endometriosis, it may 'burn it out', and rid you of it or at least decrease it for a while postpartally (often several years). Hope this helps.
