I found out I was pregnant on September 1st, my last period was on 26 July, however I do have fairly irregular periods (27 - 34) days. I started to find brown discharge last Monday (when I went to the toilet) I told my doctor who said not to be too concerned but to keep an eye on it. But on Thursday just gone the discharge increased slightly (only when I wiped myself) and I noticed a tiny amount of red blood, went to see my doctor who said things might be alright or they might not and booked me in the following day for a transvaginal scan to see what was happening. I went and the hospital told me that they made me to be 6 and half weeks pregnant and when they did the scan they found a sac but nothing else, they told me that either I was earlier than 6 and half weeks or that the baby had stopped growing. Please advise as the brown discharge is not going and if anything has increased. Thank you Liz
