Yes, it is possible you haven't ovulated for a year -- or maybe you
ovulate occasionally

Your feelings are normal -- I'm an ob/gyn and I felt like the biggest failure in the world when 1) I had trouble conceiving and 2) miscarried twice -- I AM the expert, after all. But hang in there -- I did and now my 21 month old daughter is happily watching "roar movie" (AKA The Lion King) so I can answer your questions!
