I was a very avid cyclist, mostly mountain. For the month we were trying and since then I have decreased my exercise to keep my heart rate at 140 or below. I now however have gained about 4 pounds in the process. My body is use to my heartrate being at 180-190bpm per workout. I do not eat and unusual amount, but I am already getting too big for some of my clothing and wondering if this will rectify itself? Or will I continue to gain wait due to my decreased workout routine? Thank you!!!!!
