Hello,I wouldnt get so sure this pregnancy is absolutly finished,I am in Netherlands and at 8wk and 3 dy I had a u/s and I had ges sac but nothing inside.I went back and at 10 weeks and 3 days out of the blue baby ,ple and yolk sac were visible and,when the baby was measured I was considered 9 weeks ands 3 days.so maybe the baby doesnt want to show himself just yet give it another week.and I miscarried two before that so I was also very afraid this was another lose but your God knows best.Hope this helps.
