I don't think you mentioned you were only 31 weeks before (or at least

I'd suggest you curtail your activities, given that your cervix has
softened already

For peace of mind, you may want to ask your doc to do either salivary
estriol testing or cervical fetal fibrinectin -- if either/both are
negative, the odds of you delivering in the next 2 weeks are low
