uterine rupture

I am 35 years old with 3 previous c-sections and in very good health. I was told with the birth of my last child that my uterus was starting to thin. My husband and I would like to have another child. I have spoken to my new ob/gyn (the one who told me about the thinning has since retired) and she told me that yes, there would be some risks, but that if I avoid labor and deliver early I should be ok. I also spoke to a perinatologist who told me that he has seen this many times and that he thinks my chances of rupture are very low and also told me that "labor is my enemy" and I would need to stay extremly well hydrated, but that overall, I should be able to have a sucessful pregnancy. He stated that excellent prenatal care would be best for a good outcome. Do you agree with them? I am looking for all the professional opinions I can get. Thank you
