After taking several home pregnancy tests that indicated seemingly negative results (no line or very faint lines), I took a blood test to determine whether I was pregnant. The results were "positive" and the quantitative HCG test indicated a level of 58.6 mIU/mL (on Sept 4). The date of my last period was July 31, and I believe that I ovulated on or around August 13th or 14th. I was expecting my period on August 27th (my cycle is usually 28 days, although it was off 2 months ago).

Is my HCG level too low? Please advise.
