I wouldn't worry about it. I drank Diet Coke all through my pregnancy and never had any problems. Nutrasweet has not been shown to be a problem except to a very few people, with whom it can cause seizures. (Even though there is a lot of negative propaganda against it on the internet.) If you already know you can consume it without problems, I would continue to use it.

Because one of the risks associated with pregnancy is Gestational Diabetes, I would think it's much healthier than consuming sugared drinks.
