My doctor originally told me 3 months is fine. After plenty of research on my own, I went back and re-questioned her on the matter. Most of what I found out says wait 3 months for time to emotionally heal and so that the doctors had 3 good cycles to reliably date the pregnancy, no reasons for which were risking the baby. She then told me it was fine to try anytime --- not agreeing or disagreeing with the above issues I questioned her on. We did not feel we needed the time for emotional healing --- you may feel that you do. After 1 cycle we did successfully conceive and I am 31 weeks pregnant now & everything seems fine....... good luck
