If they took a sample with a long swab from the inside of the vagina that will take a couple of days to get results, they're probably doing the ferning test I mentioned in my other post. If the fluid leakage has stopped, I think your below-mentioned plan is a good one! Just keep a close eye on it and if it starts up again, or you notice any signs of infection, or begin contracting along with any further leaking, call your care provider or get to L&D!
