Anything can happen to anyone, but it seldom does.
If sugar is high, testing for fetal lung maturity might be indicated if
cesarean is done before 39 weeks.
As for scar rupture, AFE, etc. I usually tell my patients that they are
paying me to worry about these things so they don't need to.
