HEY- I am now 29 weeks and wondering if there is any non-medicated relief for a mouth ulcer, and does this pose any threat to the baby? I have gotten these off and on all my life-Next question,(please)I sleep on my left side all night b/c I know that it is better for the baby, but my left hip is soo sore and stiff that I have to get up and stroll around every hour and a half or so-I have a body pillow, and this has helped a little but wondering if there is anything else I should try...THANKS!!!!!
