Cindy, The pain may represent stretching and pulling on some scar tissue from your previous ectopics. The other possibility is a heterotopic pregnancy (an intrauterine and ectopic at the same time-two different embryos). Occurs in 1 out of 20,000 pregnancies, but with your history, the possibility is increased... Lynn
