I was told I was pregnant on July 3, 2000 and the doctor said to come back for my next apointment in 8 weeks, but the apointment is at 14 weeks+. All the books I have been reading say I should have seen a doctor by this point. I have a friend who saw the doctor at conception and then at 5 weeks. I am concerned that we are going to be 4 months preg. and have not been back to the doctor since 1 week preg. (to confirm pregnancy) This is our first child. We are both wanting to be involved in every detail along the way. Please advise?
