i am 30 yrs old and 18 wks pg with my first. while sitting down, i start to experience pains under my ribcage. it started on my right side and then last night it was under both sides. it does not ache if i press on it - it is just an uncomfortable feeling. i am hesitating calling my doctor b/c i do not want to feel like a hypocondriac (spell?). i am concerned b/c the last time i had a feeling like this, i was in college with an enlarged liver (from mono).

please share your advice.
