Flouride is not usually recommended during pregnancy, though in low doses it is fine. Most prenatal vitamins will have all the necessary vitamins for pregnancy. If there is flouride in the prenatal vitamins you should have plenty. If your water is flouridated, I would not advise you to take extra pills.
