tilted uterus/trouble urinating

I am between 11 and 12 weeks into my second pregnancy. In the past week, I have had trouble urinating. My bladder becomes full and I urgently need to urinate--but I cannot seem to release the right muscle to start the flow. This is very frustrating (not to mention time consuming and uncomfortable). Once I finally manage to get the flow started, there is no burning or painful sensation.

Is this related to my tilted uterus? Do you have ANY suggestions for making this easier? (I recall some discomfort with my first pregnancy, but don't remember it being this intense.)
