Hi Jill What you need is to see the heartbeat of your baby, that will confirm that everything is ok. four weeks is a lot of time, if you think there's something wrong have an ultrasound before your 12 weeks. In a molar pregnancy, the cells that should develop the embryo don't do it, your hcg levels will start to fall down and you will feel less and less pregnant, but you don't necesarily have to experience bleeding or cramping, at least that was what happened to me.
