I am 6w3d past IUI. This morning was my first u/s. Tech said fetal pole measured only 5w6d...is the 4 day difference of concern, or most likely just inaccurate measurement?

Also, heartbeat was very visible, but rate was 92...nurse said this is very low. However, a friend who is due in one month said her baby's heartbeat was 90 at 6w and her RE said that is fine at this point. Is 92 so low that I should be concerned? I'm having trouble finding early heart rate info on the web. Thank you.
